France Tightens MiCA Rules

France’s financial regulator AMF warned crypto companies that they must secure MiCA licenses before June 30 or risk prosecution and blacklisting across the European Union. Firms operating without authorization may be forced to stop serving EU customers and prepare shutdown plans.

Analysts believe the tougher regulatory approach could accelerate crypto market legalization in Europe and strengthen licensed platforms. For crypto exchange users, the changes may improve transparency and increase oversight of digital asset operations. With xbit.money, users can exchange cryptocurrencies quickly and track market changes in real time.
